I Hear You – Workshop Request

A workshop designed to open meaningful conversation

The I Hear You workshops are designed to help children and young people reflect on important life themes through guided storytelling, discussion, and age-appropriate activities.

Each session is built to create a bridge between the inner world of the child and the guidance of the adults around them. Rather than giving fixed answers, the workshop creates space for reflection, language, and connection.

These sessions can be requested by schools, libraries, community organizations, and youth groups.

What the workshop can explore

Depending on the needs of the group, a session may focus on themes such as:

  • identity
  • privacy
  • discernment
  • communication
  • self-awareness
  • relationships and life choices

If you are not sure which theme fits your group, you may describe your goal in the request form and a theme can be recommended afterward.

What participants can expect

Each workshop is designed to be thoughtful, structured, and accessible.

  • A session may include:
  • guided storytelling
  • reflection questions
  • discussion adapted to the age group
  • space for interpretation and meaningful exchange
  • a theme chosen to match the needs of the group

The workshop format may vary depending on the age of the participants, the size of the group, and the context of the invitation.

Who this is for

These workshops may be suitable for:

  • elementary school groups
  • teenagers
  • youth programs
  • libraries
  • community groups
  • families in organized learning settings

Each request is reviewed individually so the session can be adapted appropriately.

Workshop language

Workshops and supporting materials may be offered in:

  • English
  • French
  • German

Language availability may depend on the specific request and context.

Location and hosting

A workshop may take place in a space provided by the organization, or a request may be made for help identifying a suitable location.

Because logistics can vary, the request form includes questions about:

  • venue availability
  • group size
  • age group
  • preferred date and time
  • workshop goals

This helps ensure the session is prepared in the most suitable way.

Before you send a request

Please be ready to share:

  • the name of your school, library, or organization
  • the name of the contact person
  • the age group
  • the estimated number of participants
  • your preferred date and time
