I Hear You Program

I Hear You – Program Overview

I Hear You is a youth and family dialogue initiative designed to awaken reflection, strengthen discernment, and encourage responsible communication across generations.

Through guided stories, thematic booklets, and structured discussions, the program helps children, teenagers, parents, and educators explore important life questions together.

The goal is simple: to create a space where people listen, think, and grow through meaningful dialogue.

Program Charter (Non-Negotiable Values)

I Hear You is built on four core principles.

Respect

Authentic communication cannot exist without mutual respect.
Every voice deserves to be heard with dignity.

Curiosity

Dialogue cannot exist where judgment comes before listening.
Curiosity invites us to ask questions before reaching conclusions.

Conscience

Every exchange is an opportunity for reflection and deeper awareness.
Communication must always take place in good faith.

Responsibility

Every word and idea carries impact.
We learn to reflect before reacting and to take responsibility for what we transmit.

I Hear You does not replace parents or educators.
It provides a framework that helps families and communities engage in thoughtful and meaningful dialogue.

Program Sessions and Themes

The I Hear You program unfolds through structured thematic sessions held throughout the year.

For each theme, dedicated materials are created for two age groups:

Light Story Quest Club  (ages 5–10)
Real Vision Lab (ages 11–18)

All materials are available in French, English, and German.

These booklets are designed as structured conversation tools that support reflection both at home and during guided sessions.

Each session introduces one central theme explored through guided dialogue and age-specific booklets.

February 7, 2026 – Privacy

The first session explored privacy:
What belongs to me? What should I protect? Who deserves access to my personal space?

Light Story Quest Club booklet
The Secret Garden of Mimi’s House

Through Mimi’s story in The Secret Garden of Mimi’s House, children discover that some spaces are meant to be shared while others must be protected. The secret garden becomes a symbol of personal boundaries, teaching children that trust grows slowly and that it is important to decide carefully who is allowed into our inner world.

Real Vision Lab booklet
The Wall, The Window, and The Wildfire

In The Wall, The Window, and The Wildfire, teenagers explore three different ways people handle privacy and trust. Some build walls that block everyone, others open windows that allow connection, and some act like wildfire, spreading everything without limits. Through this metaphor, participants reflect on emotional boundaries, digital privacy, and how to build trust without losing themselves.

February 21, 2026 – Identity

The second session explored identity:
Who am I becoming? What shapes me? What am I passing on?

Light Story Quest Club booklet
Jonah: From Soil to Sky

In Jonah: From Soil to Sky, children follow Jonah as he begins to understand where he comes from and what he can become. The story shows how roots, effort, and curiosity help a person grow, just like a seed rising from the soil toward the sky. Participants reflect on how their choices and actions shape the person they are becoming.

Real Vision Lab booklet
The Backpack

In The Backpack, teenagers explore the invisible weight people carry in their lives. The story reveals how expectations, judgments, and hidden struggles can shape how we see others and ourselves. Participants reflect on empathy, perception, and the importance of understanding before judging what we see.

March 7, 2026 – Discernment

The third session explored discernment:
What is real? What is only appearance? How do I choose wisely?

Light Story Quest Club booklet
Not Everything That Shines Is Gold

Through Eli’s story in Not Everything That Shines Is Gold, children discover how easily appearances can influence their decisions. Eli learns that something that looks attractive or exciting is not always truly good. The story helps participants understand that wisdom grows when we pause, ask questions, and look beyond what first catches the eye.

Real Vision Lab booklet
Bright, Not Blinded

In Bright, Not Blinded, teenagers reflect on the difference between truly understanding themselves and being blinded by attention, comparison, or expectations. The story encourages participants to question outside labels and to explore the deeper question of identity: not only who others see, but who they choose to become.

March 21, 2026 – Integrity

The upcoming session will explore what truly makes people choose to stand beside you: learning how character builds trust, how actions create belonging, and why real strength grows from being someone others feel safe to rely on.

New themes will continue to be introduced throughout the year.
